The flagship, named for Roberta’s love of sailing. A chartroom is where a ship’s course is plotted. Since 2018, this is where hers has been.
The room

A grown-up dining room behind the navy shopfront at the top of Leith Walk: banquette seating, marble-topped tables, pendant light, and the open kitchen cooking in full view of the room.
The cooking is Roberta’s signature: Scottish, hyper-seasonal, and, in her own words: “interesting but accessible, never pretentious.”
